Blogging for Innovative Science & Technology

I joined a globally leading engineering and manufacturing company as technical leadership has been at the core of its organizational values right from the start.  The organization’s technical capabilities are advancing rapidly as data-driven insights are applied in innovative ways leading to advances and continuous improvements. Because of its commitment to integrate and extend analytics throughout the company, my current role as a leader provides me with a platform to collaborate, develop, and deliver practical solutions.

The digital solutions that are built with data science tools and capabilities include but are not limited to modeling and simulation, statistics, machine learning, deep learning, and semantic search. As a leader managing a diverse team of highly skilled individuals comes with a responsibility to guide innovation in complex technical environments. To develop my team’s curiosity, courage, and creativity mindset, I often encourage them to pursue challenging opportunities, embrace an entrepreneurial mindset, learn from failures, and never forget that some of the most incredible ideas stem from a team of collaborative innovators.

The call for innovation for our communities and organizations' betterment is necessary as we are all living in an environment of continuous change. Everyone will have a choice either to be a front-runner or laggard of the adoption of technological evolution. As an individual who believes in futuristic innovation, the curriculum will enhance my ability towards problem-solving and idea generation with a creative mindset.

Innovation Venue's goal is to bring visibility into thought-provoking topics that are innovatively futuristic within the world of technology and science. It will provide me with a medium to explore my geek self and leverage my technical experience to identify a few proclamations that have the potential to be a gamechanger like the "CubeSats" to intercept asteroids,

“Urban AirPort” for drones and flying taxis,

“Paleoproteomics” the lens that would enable us to study ancient proteins,

“Hybrid robots” made from stem cells to deliver critical medicine in human bodies,

"Bio Bean” to turn coffee waste into biofuels etc.,

With this blog, my sincere hope is to spread and bring visibility to innovative ideas with professionalism. I believe in the ancient adage “with great power comes responsibility,” and blogging requires the same kind of responsibility to connect with peers and readers in a digital medium.
